Our team of qualified engineers helps you to operate and maintain your Comms Mundi network, at an affordable price. We provide analysis and troubleshooting any of problems with networks, providers, and Comms Mundi configuration.

SUPPORT PLANS AND PRICE


The following plans are available:

Per-hour incident support

Minimum of 4 hours.
For issues in instalation, configuration, bugs and interoperability with Comms Mundi.

Basic annual support pack [120€ per month*]

Up to 3 hours per month.**
For issues in instalation, configuration, bugs and interoperability with Comms Mundi.
Response within one business day.
All correspondance via email to the designated customer representative.

* One-time charge of 1440€ corresponding a a full-year subscription.
** Time will be counted in 30 minutes increments, with a 30 minutes per-ticket initial charge counted for administrative tasks. Additional time will be billed at standard per-hour fee after all credit is consumed.

Standard annual support pack [210€ per month*]

Up to 6 hours per month.**
For issues in instalation, configuration, bugs and interoperability with Comms Mundi.
Response within one business day.
All correspondance via email to the designated customer representative.

* One-time charge of 2520€ corresponding a a full-year subscription.
** Time will be counted in 30 minutes increments, with a 30 minutes per-ticket initial charge counted for administrative tasks. Additional time will be billed at standard per-hour fee after all credit is consumed.

Advanced annual support pack [360€ per month*]

Up to 12 hours per month.**
For issues in instalation, configuration, bugs and interoperability with Comms Mundi.
Response within one business day.
All correspondance via email to the designated customer representative. Direct contact via chat or phone for emergencies.

* One-time charge of 4320€ corresponding a a full-year subscription.
** Time will be counted in 30 minutes increments, with a 30 minutes per-ticket initial charge counted for administrative tasks. Additional time will be billed at standard per-hour fee after all credit is consumed.
